Lindsey Ciarrocca, Owner & Co-Founder

Lindsey is a YNAB Certified Coach, Certified Money Coach® and co-owner of Providers & Families Wealth Management, with her husband Scot. She joined the financial services industry in 2016 with Waddell & Reed before co-founding Providers & Families in 2017. She also works with clients on budgeting and their money mindset through her other business, The Exuberant Elephant.
She is a self-described “budgeting nerd” and crazy cat lady. In her free time, she enjoys jigsaw puzzles, reading and spending time with her three cats and husband at their home in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
Scot Whiskeyman, Owner & Co-Founder

Scot is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Certified College Financial Consultant (CCFC), author, and co-owner of Providers & Families Wealth Management with his wife, Lindsey. He joined the financial services industry in 2011 with a fortune 500 insurance firm, and founded Providers & Families in 2017. He enjoyed working closely with clients to develop financial strategies that make a difference.
Scot lives in Carlisle, Pennsylvania with his wife Lindsey and their three cat. Outside of his career as a financial planner, Scot enjoys distance running and recently finished his second marathon!
Amanda Hiler
Virtual Assistant
Amanda works diligently behind the scenes to ensure a seamless client experience for the firm. After thirteen years working in education, Amanda transitioned her talents into wealth management administration, where her attention to detail and organizational skills keep everything running smoothly.
Amanda lives in Arizona with her husband, their two children, and two spirited Yorkshire Terriers. In her spare time, she enjoys reading a good thriller, drinking a hot cup of tea, and spending time with her family.
